Q: How long does it take to ship my purchase?
A: We usually ship within 3-5 business days.                                                                

Q: How often do you get new jewelry?
A:  New jewelry is added every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning.

Q: Can I purchase items that I saw in your Fort Myers store if they are not in the online store?
A:  You can call the Fort Myers store at (239) 433-3600, as long as we're sure which item you're describing we will take payment over the phone and ship the item to you.

Q:  What are your shipping rates?
A:   Shipping is $4.99 for any size order.

Q:  What is your return policy?
A:  Once you receive your order you have 3 days to return any non Webkinz related items.  You must first request a return authorization number from sales@youlookmahvalous.com.  All return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee (depending on circumstances) and you will be responsible for all return shipping expenses.  There are no returns on any Webkinz related items.
